Our Technology focus for 2010 will be on IMS based solution and oilicy Control and Charging Rules Function. We have our R&D teamworkingon OSS BScomponents in compliance to IMS Standards & 3GPP standards. In the IMS space, Elitecore offers CRESTEL Convergent Rating & Charging Platform– Elitecore Convergent rating & charging platform supports charging in complex IMS services event based and session based. Convergent prepaid-postpaid business model provides real-time accounting of various rating schemes and a common charging platform for different services on IMS. Also, provides hot settlement and support for Diameter interface. Elitecore's Policy management solution is compliant to 3GPP standards and offers a one-stop solution for Network management and subscriber self service management, enabling accommodate more subscribers in the same bandwidth, ensuring optimal utilization of their network, and hence maintain their margins despite competitive pricing. Operators can easily create differentiated service plans, move away from flat fee structure to “pay-per-usage” model using dynamic bandwidth allocation thus increasing the average revenue per user (ARPU) and cater to a larger subscriber base.

How big is the OSS/BSS market in India? And what is your present Market share in India?
The OSS/BSS market is expected to experience increasing growth rates of 18- 20%. Every operator is continuously innovating service portfolio to sustain in this increasingly competitive market and retain the subscriber wallet share. The trend of offering converged/ Bundled services has led to complexities in the OSS/ BSS infrastructure and manageability. OSS/ BSS infrastructure is seen as critical enabler in roll out of service quickly and cost effectively. The scale of operations, changing customer expectations for newer services and applications influence the demand for OSS/ BSS.

Elitecore has a very strong presence in India telecom software market having case study with major Tier 1 Telecom operators in India. Elitecore has over 70% market share in NGN & Data services in India offering next generation solutions on IPTV, VoIP & WiMAX, interconnect networks in India.

How do you look into the future? What is your channel policy?
India Telecom market is the most dynamic market in the world. With a huge population base India is seeing rapid strides in the Telecom Segment unlike any other segment. However India telecom market has its unique market characteristic, which is different from that of the developed markets. There is a high subscriber growth but Low ARPU as the subscriber is extremely price sensitive hence the service offered is also priced cheaply to increase uptake. To sustain in this highly competitive low margin market Operators are outsourcing the OSS/BSS manageability to external SI's 0r NEPs. Elitecore is working extensively with major SI in India such as Sterlite Technologies, Nokia Siemens, Tech Mahindra, Huawei etc to deliver innovative solutions and service models to Telecom Operators in India.
